MFT 1/2 - Second Year
The
Mental Field Technique is a psycho-emotional therapy and an important aspect of A.R.T.® practice. It is a rapid, non-invasive intervention with a wide range of applications for addressing issues that may originate from physical or psychological factors.
The multitude of stressors in our environment depletes our capacity for self-regulation, causing the system to become locked in pathological states. Rather than prescribing yet another supplement, often all that is needed is a small intervention to unblock the system. For this reason, MFT, or "tap and tone", is our first choice, representing a powerful application of the principles of acupuncture.
MFT can provide support for
- Phobias
- Compulsive behaviour
- Hyperactivity
- Chronic fatigue
- Exam anxiety and much more
What the MFT 1 programme includes
- Neurophysiological foundations of MFT
- The tapping points
- Tapping techniques
